2. Online store acts in compliance with the Act of 29 August 1977 on Protection of Personal Data (2002 Journal of Laws, No. 101, item 926 with amendments) and Act of 18 July 2002  on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws, No. 144, item 1204 with amendments). 

3. Administrator of the site is authorized to reveal personal details exclusively to authorized subjects in compliance with applicable provisions of law.

4. Store owner is committed to protecting Users’ personal data against loss, destruction, disclosure, access by unauthorized persons or misdirection.

5. Data Administrator processes data to realize agreements by means of internet store and for indirect marketing purposes.

6. User voluntarily provides his personal details needed for registration.

7. User has right to view and modify his personal details any time, as well as to demand their removal from database.
