Order procedure

Stage one

Choose an event and specify types and number of tickets, payment method and shipping method. Enter your personal details and place an order.  You will receive order confirmation via email. 

Stage two

If you choose traditional bank transfer as payment method, you will be provided with applicable data via email. Please note, that payment must be submitted within 24 hours. After this time your order will be automatically cancelled.

Stage three

Once the payment is submitted, your order is immediately realized, and your tickets are sent based on your selected shipping method (link with tickets to print on email address, link to smsTicket on your mobile device).

Stage four

In case of submitting a payment with PayU service, order is immediately realized the same day, unless certain bank does not realize online payments.

Stage five

Your order status can be viewed by clicking on applicable link attached in your confirmation email or on order status site by providing order code and email address.  

Registering and Logging in

Having a user account on Biletomat.pl enables easy and comfortable access to all of your tickets that can be printed out any time.

You may register your account via login form

You may also use Remember option available in order summary to register your account. In order to log in to your account, click Sign in on Biletomat.pl home page and provide your email address/login and password.

Types of tickets

eTicket
a ticket to self print in A4 size. It contains such data as purchaser’s name and surname and unique codes: barcode and shortcode. Tickets verification is based on the codes.
SMS-Ticket
an electronic ticket that can be stored on mobile device or tablet. Does not require printing, ticket is punched straight from LCD screen. The ticket contains such data as purchaser’s name and surname and unique codes: barcode and shortcode. Tickets verification is based on the codes.
Paper ticket
a traditional ticket provided in printed form. The ticket contains such data as purchaser’s name and surname and unique codes: barcode and shortcode. Tickets verification is based on the codes.
